Steven R. Davis, CEC - the original Food Safety Chef
While going back to school and retraining in technologies and food safety, the teachers and trainers suggested that one should have several sources of income and/or different jobs. The old days of working for a company and retiring have changed for most of us almost overnight.
Steven's education happened during the Enron scandal when so many people lost their pensions for which they had worked their whole lives. Their money was used to make other people rich. Sadly, it seems, this is standard operating procedure for many officials and companies today. Steven decided to take the suggestion of having multiple jobs.
